PACKAGING
Packaging Production Processes
Folding carton packaging has become an essential part of modern life, playing an important role in almost every aspect of our daily routines.
Lightweight and highly versatile, folding cartons offer an environmentally responsible packaging solution thanks to their durability and recyclability. Used across a wide range of sectors, from food and cosmetics to dietary supplements and kitchen consumables, they help products reach consumers safely while maintaining their freshness and integrity. Their flexibility in printing and design also provides brands with distinctive opportunities for creative presentation, promotion and brand communication.

REEL-TO-SHEET CUTTING
Reel-to-sheet cutting is one of the first and most critical preparation stages in the production process. During this stage, material supplied in reel form is cut with high precision to the specified width and length, preparing it for subsequent production operations. At Promat, reel-to-sheet cutting is carried out under controlled conditions and in accordance with established standards to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface integrity and process continuity. -
OFFSET PRINTING
Sheet-fed offset printing provides a high-performance production platform for projects requiring precise colour management and consistent surface quality.
From pre-press preparation and machine set-up to colour control and final inspection, every stage is managed in accordance with defined standards and a measurable approach to quality.
Promat has the production capability to maintain print consistency, colour stability and operational reliability even across high-volume sheet-fed offset printing projects. -
LAMINATION
Lamination is an important finishing stage that enhances both the physical durability and the visual appeal of printed surfaces. Available in matte or gloss finishes, this protective layer helps safeguard the surface against external factors while giving the product a more refined appearance.
At Promat, lamination is carried out with a high degree of precision, with particular attention to surface quality and consistency of application. -
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is a specialised technique that applies a concentrated layer of ink to selected areas, adding both tactile and visual depth to printed materials. It creates a distinctive, eye-catching effect, particularly in designs where specific elements are intended to stand out. At Promat, screen printing is performed with a strong focus on detail definition and surface compatibility to deliver consistently high-quality results. -
DIE CUTTING
Die cutting is one of the most critical production stages, giving the printed product its final form. Performed using tooling specifically designed for the required shape, the process plays a key role in ensuring dimensional accuracy, clean contours and precise execution. The system also supports foil stamping alongside die cutting, adding greater visual richness and impact to the finished product. In this way, structural precision and aesthetic value are brought together within a single production process. -
AUTOMATIC STRIPPING
The accurate and complete removal of waste material following die cutting is an often unseen yet essential element of production quality. The automatic stripping system performs this process with high precision and consistency, ensuring a clean, orderly and standardised product flow. This brings together speed, accuracy and labour efficiency within a streamlined production process. -
GLUING
Gluing is a critical process that directly influences the structural integrity and functional performance of the packaging. With the appropriate adhesive, precise machine settings and accurate application, the carton is securely assembled into its intended form. This level of precision enhances both production quality and the end-user experience. -
CARTON FORMING AND WINDOW PATCHING
Carton forming is the stage where a flat design takes on its three-dimensional structure and the true character of the packaging emerges. Accurate folding, joint quality and structural balance form the foundation of this process. The result is more than simply a box; it is a functional presentation surface that carries and communicates the brand. -
CARTONING AND PACKING
Cartoning and packing ensure that finished products are protected and systematically prepared for shipment. Products are arranged and packed appropriately, taking transportation conditions and delivery security into account. At Promat, this disciplined approach is an essential part of ensuring that the quality achieved throughout production reaches the customer fully preserved. -
WAREHOUSING
Our warehousing services support the controlled and secure management of products throughout the process from production to dispatch. Products are stored within our 5,000 m² warehousing facility under appropriate conditions designed to preserve their structural integrity, with systematic organisation and full traceability. Through our warehousing solutions, we provide customers with a robust service infrastructure that enables flexible shipment planning and greater operational efficiency. -
LOGISTICS AND SHIPPING
Successful production is completed with reliable delivery. Our logistics and shipping processes are managed with a strong focus on speed, planning and reliability, ensuring that products reach their intended destination at the right time and under the right conditions. This approach preserves consistency, reliability and service quality throughout the entire process, from production to final delivery.
